Which devices are supported?
The procedure is verified on Teltonika FMM001 firmware 03.27.13 Rev01. FMB125 firmware 04.00.00 Rev13 has matching recovery code, but hardware recovery is unverified. Read the guide before paying. Queclink GV500CNA recovery is verified on firmware GV500CNAR10A04V19M64. It requires a fresh device challenge reply. See the GV500CNA guide for compatibility and verification limits.
Is this a permanent unlock?
For Teltonika, follow step 12 in its guide to remove the saved keyword before rebooting. For GV500CNA, verify authenticated access after the password reset, then power-cycle and verify again. GV500CNA persistence after a power cycle has not yet been confirmed in the documented test.
How long are GV500CNA replacement commands included?
One regeneration is included within 4 hours of payment confirmation. The reply must contain the IMEI on the order. Regenerating does not extend the window. Once the regeneration is used or the window ends, another reset requires a new $5 order. Your receipt and last command remain viewable through your private order link. Keep that link safe.
What does this service recover?
Teltonika recovery restores Configurator keyword access; it is not an SMS-password reset or factory reset. GV500CNA recovery resets the tracking/configuration password, not the separate DMS/QMS password. Both procedures require physical USB access and the tools listed in their guides.
