Which devices are supported?
The procedure is verified on Teltonika FMM001 firmware 03.27.13 Rev01. FMB125 firmware 04.00.00 Rev13 has matching recovery code, but hardware recovery is unverified. Read the guide before paying. The Queclink GV500CNA guide is available; its online unlock checkout is coming soon.
Is this a permanent unlock?
The command temporarily restores Configurator access. Before rebooting, follow step 12 in the guide: set a temporary keyword, then remove that same keyword. Reboot and verify access afterward.
Will I need to pay for the same IMEI again?
No. Keep your private order link to view the same command again. The original browser also remembers your order. Treat the link like a password; anyone with it can view your command.
What does this service recover?
This procedure recovers Configurator keyword access. It does not reset the SMS password or perform a full factory reset. You’ll need physical USB access, Windows, PuTTY and Teltonika Configurator.
